NarailMeat collects only the information needed to receive, confirm, deliver, and support customer orders in Narail.
Information we collect
- Customer name, phone number, delivery address, and order details.
- Account verification information such as OTP verification status.
- Optional Google profile information if the customer uses Google sign-in.
- Operational logs needed to protect the website and troubleshoot order issues.
How we use information
- To confirm orders, prepare products, arrange delivery, and contact customers about their orders.
- To maintain customer order history, saved addresses, coupons, rewards, and support records.
- To prevent fraud, unauthorized access, misuse, and technical abuse.
- To improve product availability, delivery planning, and customer service.
Payment and security
NarailMeat currently supports Cash on Delivery on the storefront. If an online payment gateway is enabled later, payment processing will be handled through the approved payment provider. Sensitive payment credentials are not stored in the public website.
Sharing information
We do not sell customer data. We may share only the minimum required information with delivery staff, support staff, or payment/technology providers when needed to complete an order or comply with law.
Data protection
- Admin access is protected by authentication.
- Customer order actions require phone verification.
- Secrets and provider credentials are kept server-side.
- Only necessary public files are served from the website.
Customer requests
Customers may contact NarailMeat support to update delivery information, ask about order history, or request correction of inaccurate information.
